How to use them
Three ways to keep them
I
One page a day, round and round.
Today's page rotates on its own, so the twelve come back to you every twelve days. The questions stay the same. You won't.
II
One page a month, slowly.
Print all twelve and give each one a month. Write the morning question on the first of the month, the evening one on the last.
III
Whichever page calls to you.
Read the twelve titles and choose the one your chest leans toward. That's usually the one.
To print: each page fits a sheet of letter or A4 paper, with lined space under both questions. A heavier, cream paper makes them feel like something to keep. Punch two holes and tie them together with ribbon, or fold them into your journal.
